My Sister has worked 7 years for a bank at a major theme park in Florida. Through that time she has developed severe carpel tunnel. Workmans comp would not pay for the surgury her doctor says she needs, so she has filed a law suit.

Recently, her boss came to her “as a friend” and asked her to drop the law suit, otherwise the company might fire her.

What are my sisters rights in this situation? Any helpful suggestions?

He still is performing his duty as accountant under the contract he signed. Recently, the Board of Directors of the new corporation told him that they were cancelling the contract he signed. Can he file suit against this company for breach of contract ?

A safe option is the suit with classic white shirt and tie (which I don’t like)

I have an interview tomorrow at a hotel I worked at all through high school and college. I havent worked there in over a year but, I got an interview for a job in the sales department. I know i have to dress up in a suit even though I its just a business casual environment. So since its summertime…would a nice solid colored sleevless shirt under a black suit be so bad?
