To put back the color in the suit? Would dry cleaning it after having it washed in the washing machine do anything to help?

The problem is, it’s very cold already. I have a car and I wasn’t worried about the cold, but they’re taking my car away for a month and I was wondering what kind of jacket/coat could I wear with such a suit and NOT look ridiculous?
All my suits are warm, but I live in Sweden and here the winter is very rough and when I travel afoot I will freeze. Any advice?

In the year of school I am now in, we have to wear business suits. We can accessorize them a bit and have individuality as to exactly which shirts/blazers etc we buy, but they still have to be quite smart. My usual style is a mixture of Gothic Lolita, Victorian-style goth, and a style similar to that of the singer Emilie Autumn. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can jazz up my suit into my style, while still being quite smart and formal?
