I think they look kind of slick. Better than the “business suit” look of the old ones. Much more military looking.

He was wearing a business suit and wore a insignia of a full bird colonel(pin with eagle) on his chest(left) how do I know if he is or not? How old do you have to be to be a FBC?

Tomorrow I’m going to see an Air Force recruiter for the first time. I don’t have the full jacket/tie business suit, but I do have a polo shirt and khaki pants. Is that enough, or would that be over or even under dressing?

I leave for Basic Training in two weeks, but that’s beside the point.

When I get back from MCT/job training, will I be legally able to use my dress blues as a business suit in job/college/etc. interviews, freelance contract work, etc?

“Paragraph 11002 of the Uniform Regulations provides a list of activities that you may not wear the uniform (i.e. to an event that brings discredit to the Corps, to events in support of political interests, private and/or commercial employment…).”
Reason as asked? Saves $800 on suit fitting for a job interview if I’m just going into retail/part-time job (or $150 on renting), and looks damn better to start.
