if i get a financial judgment on a business and they file bankruptcy will i still get the money owed to me?

my friend and i just won a law suit. this business owes me $3500 and my friend $4200. they said that they are going to file for bankruptcy so they dont have to pay us. will this actually get them out of the payment even tho judgement has already been made?
