Beau asked:

Let’s say, hypothetically, that a private business had a policy prohibiting service to gay customers. Could the ACLU file a lawsuit against said university over the policy?

If they are able to file suit, wouldn’t that destroy the notion of individual freedom?
Ha! Don’t know why I typed “university” I meant “company”

Why do news anchors, politicians, pro athletes, etc. wear ‘business suits’ complete w/ leash around neck? If?

it’s to be ‘respectful’, why is that respectful, it seems impractical? Would jumpsuits make more sense?Maybe different colors could let you know whose ‘more important’?
