Should I remove my body ring while I am pregnant?

I have a clitoral piercing. (My little secret in a business suit) Is this something that I should have removed during my pregancy. Although this is a little embarassing, since being pregnant, the ring seems to make things “sensitive” and I sometimes get to the “point of no return” without any effort whatsoever. Even stretching sometime can do it. Any suggestions?
