I’m starting a new small business. For now, sole proprietorship would suit the business’s needs, but with the plans that I have for it, it would be better as a “S” Corporation in the future. Do I need to start it up now as a corporation now, or can I get it started as a sole proprietorship, then transform it to a corporation? If so, are there any limitations?

i,m not well educated person but i can speak english coz i lived in uk for 3 years. and now in pakistan i can repair laptops and can operate compuer very well, recently i,ve started a laptop shop in my city but due to the lack of parts availability in market i had to pull down my shop,s shutter. now the thing is that peoples see degree or diploma for qualification but don,t see experience.

I worked in a local donut shop for 3 months, during which time the owner agreed to allow me to use his facilities to open another shop in a town not far away. I rented the building, turn on the water, electric and built display counter to support the opening of this new business. He changed his mind and now I am stuck with the building and all other expenses.
