What kind of Wetsuit / Swim suit (Mens) ?

I had a muscle injury and getting cramps very often because of it now.. I need something that will keep it warm without covering myself completely.

Top_Gear, that’s not going to be very effective as every swimmer has different times, so they won’t be able to actually compare them. Anyway, it has already been proven that these suits do give a slight increase. However, it all depends on the swimmer himself mostly, rather than the suits.
