Anne asked:

I am currently a Business Education major with a minor in Secondary Education. I have about a year left until I graduate and am second guessing teaching high school or middle school. After taking more education classes I feel I am better suited for an Elementary Education for many reasons. My question is, if I graduate with my current major is there way to teach Elementary Education?

Tiff 123 asked:

I have an interview for an after-school program leader position working under the YMCA. The program leader would be responsible for elementary school children. This program will be taking place in an elementary school setting. I am unsure of what to wear to the interview. What would you suggest me to wear?

Also, would a business suit be too formal for this type of interview? I was thinking of wearing black pants, a gray sweater, and a pair of flats. Would that be too casual?

just a really nice outfit that is more business casual? Are suits too much for a teaching interview these days, especially for someone in their early twenties?
