Help business professional outfit for a state competition?

I am a female and I advanced to the state competition for business professional of america. Now there is a dress code for femal saying that you should have a business suit. I don’t wear girls clothes I wear guys. Would wearing a guys suit be alright? I have pin stripe and solid pants and 1 jacket.
