How do you remove the bubbles from a suit? These bubbles came about when the suit was washed with water?

This question is addressed to those who owns a laundry business. The suit was not Dry cleaned instead it was soaked with water and detergent thus the bubbles came about.

    Rinse it with fabric softener. The oil based softener will kill foam, freshen & reduce static.
