how to wear a unbuttoned dress shirt under your suit?

do you wear the shirt collar over the suit or under it? I was always told you can wear it out for fashion, but for business casual you should wear it inside the suit, is this wrong or right?

    I agree with the collar thing, but if your doing business casual you should really button up the dress shirt. zystack

    For business you must wear it inside.
    For casual you can wear it outside but I personally hate it when guys do that. It makes them look like a backstreet boy back in the 90’s, baggy suit, outside collar, shiny shoes. :S Colette
