i want to buy a business in British Columbia?
I want to buy a business in British Columbia,but the one I am looking at has a civil suit filed against it.
The case has not gone to court yet.Is the plaintiff considered a creditor at this point.How would I deal with this.

I would think the plaintiff is not a creditor unless they win the case and get a judgment against the business. stevepitt2
