Is it wrong for a guy to wear a suit and tie in a business casual work environment?

My man just got himself a new job. He has always hated the business casual dress code. He wants instead to wear a suit a suit and tie. Is it a bad idea for him to dress that formally when nobody else does.

    Probably not. It may make him stand out from the crowd. If the boss tells him not to, then he shouldn’t otherwise I would go for it. Bryan

    I think it would be wise for your friend too heed the current dress code. Starting in a new work place is hard enough without being ostracized because of what you wear. Fitting in when your new a more important than standing out so you can build good relationships with co-workers. Dacii
