Is there an alternative to wearing a dress shirt with a suit for women?

I am required to dress business/business casual for my work. I like wearing suits, but sometimes, the button-up shirts underneath the jacket get very wrinkled or just not very comfortable and restricts my movements a bit. Is there an alternative to wearing the traditional button-up dress shirt under the suit? Some kind of dressy but stretchy shirt?

    Sheath dress with a jacket.

    Or, very thin sweaters. Especially the sleeveless kind (shell) that go underneath a cardigan. State G

    2] lightweight sweater
    3] pretty but covers everything blouse

    I work in a private bank…a very conservative atmosphere…

    Most men take their suite jackets off in the office. Why can’t you just do that? Also, there are all sorts of styles of dress shirts and blouses for women…and diffeent matrials. You shouldn’t have a problem. It’s the men that have the issue…we can either wear call cotton (gets wrinkled very fast) or cotton-poly blend (poplin) a bit warmer though. One thing we can’t wear is all polyester. Yuck! Master T
