Mens Suit – What is size TL?

I’m trying to buy a suit for my husband. He usually needs 42 XL because of his long torso and long arms. I went to Target.com and they have sizes that include TL but it does not offer a description or measurement as to what TL is or even stands for.

I’m sure its stands for something like Tall/Long but does anyone know if it is close to an XL?

Would this TL size work better or just as well?

I know how and where to measure but target.com does not offer measurements concerning the TL size.

Is there a better place to order a Mens suit online that anyone knows of?

    Tall large.

    Sounds like it would work well, but you might see if there’s a txl. that might work better.

    tall and long both refer to height, that’s not what it means. Tall is height, large is size around. Aspen

    XL is usually an inch longer in the body and sleeves then a L or TL amsteldrinker2002

    Call Target customer service and ask them directly. It is Tall/Long but you will need to ask for their specific measurements to be sure if it fits your husband. Curious

    Correct TL means Tall/Long but does not mean it is XL. TL is for the tall thin guys. You still need to get the XL to accommodate girth (around). tankeduptrouble

    Men’s warehouse men’s clothing chain in CA is pretty good.
    They will custom Taylor the suite and both of you will be very happy, I was!
