    You can’t sue the Federal Government. What will happen next to Ford is that they will lose those government contracts for vehicles. It will be given to Government Motors. (GM). The government will be able to take over Ford when it brings it to its knees taking away these big contracts. Then Obama can take over Ford, too. Michelle M

    Well.. Ford will be the only one in a position to compete since they will be able to still run their own company and make products that consumers want rather than be pressured to make products that the government wants made like GM will be doing.

    So in effect they could file a lawsuit but they likely will end up better offer because of the actions, making the lawsuit not a smart move. kpk02

    Obama will screw up GM, and too many Conservatives will never again buy a GM car.

    Of the big three US car manufacturers, Ford is in the best position. Mr. Sarcasm

    Obama’s Hostile Takeover of GM and Chrysler broke Contract Laws and a bunch of other laws and it is Unconstitutional so all of the U.S. Auto Makers should sue Obama’s Fascist Government Fat Scooby Rocks
