I leave for Basic Training in two weeks, but that’s beside the point.

When I get back from MCT/job training, will I be legally able to use my dress blues as a business suit in job/college/etc. interviews, freelance contract work, etc?

“Paragraph 11002 of the Uniform Regulations provides a list of activities that you may not wear the uniform (i.e. to an event that brings discredit to the Corps, to events in support of political interests, private and/or commercial employment…).”
Reason as asked? Saves $800 on suit fitting for a job interview if I’m just going into retail/part-time job (or $150 on renting), and looks damn better to start.

im a college student without financial help from my parents, so im talking really cheap

This semester Im not applying for any job, but next semester i will and will attend career fairs and some other business attire required events.

What do you think? Should i get the suit now just in case?
