What do I wear for a job interview on a day that is supposed to be very hot?

It is the middle of summer and I will die of heat stroke if I wear a business suit. Will I be thought of as less professional if I wear black pants and a smart-looking burgundy shirt to an interview?

Feminine business suits?

Does anyone have any pictures of feminine business suits for small prices. (kind of like 20-40 dollars)
I am 13 years old, and an animal rights representitive.
By feminine, i mean hot, but casual, and not exactly business suits but like, skirt up to the knee and a shirt. I need classy yet hot outfits.

I have always looked silly in very tailored clothing! And felt silly in it too. Clothes of that kind worry and distract me and make me feel too hot in any tense situation. An additional complication is that I’m losing weight so fast that something that fits this week might not fit next week. Would I be ruining my chances if I wore a dress…or a nice jacket and pair of good black pants?
