Me and 2 of my friends have discussed plans to open a restaurant intended to attract college age students. We agreed that each of us will invest equally in terms of time and money, but an additional $50,000 will be needed from another investor to get the restaurant started.

What type of organization is best suited for this business? Limited Liability Partnership would probably be best…what do you think and why?

What liabilities would me and my co-owners face directly as principles with respect to our employee agents?

What do you think?

How should a guy dress if he’s supposed to wear “business casual” clothes?

I’m starting a new position with the same organization but in a different location and in my old office they were always pretty lenient about what we should wear, but in my new office I will always be required to wear business casual clothes and sometimes a suit. A suit’s easy if not particularly sexy, but I don’t have much of an idea what business casual is or what a nice looking business casual outfit would be like.

I’m 5′8, 24 years old, green eyes and blondish hair and have an athletic build if that helps. I want to look good for my new coworkers. Any tips on how to dress would be appreciated.
I’m in a whole new city and am in Northern California
