I’m interviewing at a small (10-20 total people) automotive business. They make street racing aftermarket add-ons and want people who “fit” their type. It’s one of the top jobs, so I’m a little confused. They typically wear t shirts as they are designing and working. I’m afraid a suit may look a little too corporate for it. Ideas?

I would like some information on wearing hats and the etiquette. I like hats very much myself but now that I think about it, I guess very few people wear “formal” hats with (business) suit etc.. What does wearing hats tell about people’s personality? – and I’m not now really referring to caps or woollen caps that we sort of have to wear in the sunshine or in the winter!

Is it a good idea to wear hats, say a black one with a thin brim, on a daily basis? Thanks for any relevant links and suggestions!

I have an emergency business trip for two days and will be taking the plane. I don’t want to wear a suit going on board but change when I arrive the destination. How do people carry a suit to a plane? There is no way I will put the suit in my luggage because it will turn out having a lot of wrinkles.

We are group of 3 people starting up new business in India but nature of business is not decided yet. NAme should be such that it should suit any of the following businesses –
Agriculture
Floriculture
Food Joints
Software Development
Any other domain

please, I need answers from people who have actually been there and seen the suits and prices

I have gotten to the point where I think dressing up almost everyday in a suit seems to be a good idea. I think a tailored suit looks good, I think people wearing them look good. But what defines you wearing a suit casually rather than for business? Is it just the tie?

Since I wear them for work everyday. I figured out I might as well always dress well. Just keep wondering if people will think I’m a phony?
