Where can I buy a business suit for a wheelchair-bound man?

My husband and I are thinking of taking a cruise, and since they have two formal wear nights on board, I’d like to get him either a nice suit or formal wear. So far I haven’t found any websites that offer adaptive sports jackets – just casual wear and outerwear. Anybody know where I can get at least an adaptive jacket (Velcro closure, no buttons or zippers)
