I’m going through my clothes and donating some and keeping others and I have some business clothes with large shoulder pads. Are shoulder pads still in style for women’s business suits or should I cut them out of the jackets?

I am 5.3″ and 100 pounds, looking for a nice business suit. I searched throughout the Mall and some other stores, but all I saw or tried was far too big for me or they had only jacket and not the pants/skirts. Anybody knows for a good store which sells junior or petite women suits – and has a wide variety? I am 27.

Just wondering if there’s a rule about how wide pant legs should be (both at the opening at the bottom and throughout the leg) on a women’s pain suit (in order for it to be appropriate for a formal business setting).
Are both wider and slightly skinnier/more fitted trousers acceptable?

I’m a college student and thinking about possibly having a career in healthcare managment someday. I’m guessing that I will probably be required to wear a business suit or something simiar everyday. What are guys opinions about this? Are there any ways to look more feminine? Thank you.

Does that strike you as being out of place? Why do women wear suits, is it because they want to be equal with men? Imagine if a man wore a dress to work, the looks he would get, yet a woman gets none.

For halloween I need a purple women’s business suit, preferable with skirt. Where has the biggest clearance selection or best deals on a women’s suits??
