What are womensuppose to wear to a job interview?

Times have changed and so has the fashion. What is acceptable for interviews? I wouldn’t think I would have to wear a business suit???? right??

wear a pants suit , or a pair of dress pants and a nice sweater. Jeans are not reccomended. I laugh at people who I have seen wearing even nice jeans to a job interview. It just shows no effort to accually get the job. travis R
