what coat would be best to wear with a business suit?

Are there any that would work for both casual and work situations? I don’t mean super casual, just something that would also look good with casual flat riding boots.
I guess I’m basically looking for the perfect coat, haha.
This is the kind of coat that I wear. You can buy them in a whole bunch of different colours, styles, and lengths. If you get one that is sewn for a woman’s body (you know?) than it can really look great.

This coat, matched with a great bag, with dress pants would look great. It would definitely complete the outfit. I have a coat similar to these, and I wear them to work as well as when I’m out with friends.
