What do I wear under an open suit jacket and slacks for business casual?

I am trying to dress nicer for work tomorrow since the big big boss will be there, so I wanted to wear a suit jacket, but wear it open. The problem is nothing I put under it looks right. Basically all I have is button down blouses, and when I leave them untucked they are the same length as the suit jacket and I don’t know if it looks sloppy. When I tuck them in I think it looks awful. I don’t know if I can wear a collared blouse with a collared suit jacket. I’m obviously not good at this at all!! Any ideas??

    Try a nice camisol, or a tank. I’m partial to black. No matter what, black always comes across as professional…. Sunny

    wearing the blouse untucked is kind of sloppy. why do you not like the tucked in shirt? if you put a belt on it should be OK.

    You can totally wear a collared shirt with a collared jacket. I do it all the time. I always try to wear some sort of necklace though with it to kind of break it up.

    otherwise, you could do a cami or tank top. Lisa H
