Is this for other kids to buy or for the community? We at Tupperware have a fundraiser program. I pay for the brochures for my clients. They are 19 cents each. You can have parents and friends buy Tupperware and your school gets 40%. travelguruette

Do other students homework. Hire yourself out guard kids from bullies. If too small for that, then offer to get beaten up by the bully instead of the other kid.
Rent out the schools sporting equipment.
Sell advertising on the chalk/dry erase boards.
Take the teacher editions of the text books, and hold them for ransom. (this should work really well) snpuck
