What is appropriate to keep one’s head warm in the winter while wearing business attire?

I’ve always wore a knit hat (aka “beanie, “toque”, etc), but now I have to wear a shirt & tie (and sometimes a suit) on a regular basis. I’m not sure what is appropriate attire to keep my head warm!

    u can still wear your knit hat, i see a lot of guys in formal clothes still wear it. my colleagues do as well. people should know u don’t care but for d weather. blackskinnybeauty
