The whole 16, first summer job, etc. go with- Black flared pants, gray pinstrip pants or a pencil shirt Some form of silk/satin top or that really softish material those baby-doll printed tops are made out of. Or one of those sheer gauzy type shirts that are all pretty with a tank top underneath. either that or a button-down, thats a bit fitted, open halfway with a pretty lacy camisole underneath. Do your hair in curls if it suits you, otherwise straighten it, and do very light natural makeup don't wear like bright blue eyeshadow or anything because it makes you look like... well... a kid. you can do blush and stuff, but keep eyeshadow in natural tones uhm, i don't know how to send a picture.
