If the white blouse's collar is similar in size and shape to the suit's collar, try pushing the edges of the blouse collar out above the suit's, so the blouse collar rests on top of the suit collar. It's hit or miss, but sometimes you get a neat vintage look. Definitely get a second opinion if you try this. Otherwise, keep the jacket buttoned up at all times to keep the collar under control, if that's an option. You can wear a collar-less shirt or tank top underneath (if not white, a solid non-bright color like navy blue), and this is done to avoid collar problems. It's considered professional, but DO NOT take off your jacket for ANY reason if you do this. Not until you're well out of sight of the client. If you wear a pale blouse or shirt, wear a bra that more or less matches your skin color.
