    Um, you can try Kohls…haha just joking, I hear wetseal had really cute businnes oufits for teens, like they’re trendy and all, or you could go their website and look. :) Tori

    You don’t have to really wear a suit at 16. Go more for a nice pencil skirt or black pants and a button up
