where should young guy in their mid-20’s buy business clothes for work?

My boyfriend doesn’t know a good place that sells business clothes (suit and tie, and dress pants/dress shirts) that don’t make him look like his DAD. :) Please help us…. What stores sell clothes that make you look YOUNG but professional? I thought about Express, what else?
he’s 22 years old, about to graduate with his bachelors in Business management.
