Why do employers love me on the phone but dislike me in person?

I have had a few phone interviews and the employers are impressed, but as soon as they conduct the face to face somehow they change their minds. I dress in a professional business suit jacket and pants, simple makeup and accessories. I am a pretty 30 year old woman with a great smile and outgoing what could I be doing that makes them change their mind??
Any tips would be helpful
